This place was started by Ana "Chayito" Jimenez, who left her hometown in Chalatenango and brought the flavors of El Salvador with her. Now, her daughter Martha runs the show, keeping it all about that authentic Salvadorian vibe. They're so dedicated to the food that they don't mix in dishes from other countries—it's all Salvadorian, baby!

Getting Bigger and Better

They're doing so well that they're opening a new place next year! They're still working out the details, but keep an eye out for the grand opening in February. They're pretty stoked about it, and so are we!

Their menu is like a greatest hits of Salvadorian food. You've got your tamales, seafood, and all sorts of yummy stuff. But the real star? The pupusas.
