PM Modi Talks Up India-Russia Fuel Deal
Moscow, July 9, 2024 - While chilling in Russia, our main man PM Modi totally highlighted how big of a deal the India-Russia fuel agreement is. He was all buddy-buddy with Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying their deal is like the unsung hero keeping the global market from going haywire.
Modi was like, "You guys were a lifeline when everyone else was freaking out about fuel. Your help made sure we had enough gas and diesel for the folks back home." He basically said that without Russia's back-up, we could've had a real crisis on our hands with shortages and prices going through the roof.
But thanks to this friendship deal, we dodged a bullet. He said, "Other countries had it rough with not enough fuel, but we and our Russian buddies kept it together and made sure everything was cool." It's like having a friend with a gas station in a zombie apocalypse - you're set!
And even though some other countries were like, "Eh, maybe not," we stuck with Russia and kept buying their oil. It's a testament to our friendship in the energy world, which is pretty darn important, especially when things get rocky.
So, with Modi's chill visit, it seems like India and Russia are gearing up to be even tighter in the future, working together across the board to keep things running smoothly. Ain't that just neighborly?
