West Texas A&M University is celebrating a standout moment as seniors Taytum Stow and Currie Marusak have both earned D2CCA Volleyball All-South Central Region honors. Stow earned First Team honors while Marusak secured a strong Second Team selection, marking a huge achievement for the Lady Buffs.

Stow, a three-time LSC Defensive Player of the Year, showcased her dominance again this season with an incredible 143 total blocks. Her defensive talent continues to set her apart as one of the nation’s top Division II blockers.
Offensively, she contributed 265 kills with a .389 hitting percentage, along with 19 aces and 69 digs. Her First Team honor also places her on the ballot for potential All-American recognition.
Currie Marusak: The Lady Buffs’ All-Around Attacking Engine – Latest News
Marusak delivered a stellar season with a team-high 375 kills on 919 attacks. Adding 254 digs, 44 blocks, and 13 aces, she proved herself a key two-way player and one of the most reliable hitters for WTAMU.
Her efforts also earned her a spot on the All-LSC First Team and the LSC Championship All-Tournament Team, further cementing her importance to the Lady Buffs lineup.
